CjR Personnel, Inc. is an Austin, female minority-owned and operated company. Starting our tenth year of service in 2008, CjR Personnel, Inc. is the longest-serving multi-family placement specialist in Austin. CjR was formed to accommodate the huge demand for an apartment staffing service committed to customer satisfaction through quality, integrity and accountability.

Our entire team is personally involved in the customer satisfaction of our clients, and the ongoing professional development and the career enrichment of our employees.

CjR makes it a vital part of our corporate policy to "give back" throughout the year. To that end, we actively support all AAA Community Service initiatives, including the Doc and Gayle Young Food Drive, plus company support of Caritas of Austin, Dress for Success, and various faith-based ministries on a local and national level. Individually, our staff supports various local charities including local and international Optimist clubs, Shriner's Circus, Lion's Club, and missionaries serving world-wide.

Cj Ronchetti, CAS, CPC, CTS
Cj has worked in the staffing industry for over twenty years learning various specialty niches of placement. Cj has received numerous awards and certifications from the Austin Apartment Association, TAA, and NAA, including "Certified Apartment Supplier". In 2002, she was awarded the "Certified Apartment Supplier of the Year Award." She has served as AAA's Vice President and Chaired the AAA Products and Services Council in 2003-2004. She holds CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) designations through the National Association of Personnel Consultants. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their two beautiful children, enjoying life in Austin - and traveling to fun and exotic locales.

Jennifer "JR" Eddleman
JR serves as CjR's Operations Manager. After an almost fifteen year career in Association Management, most recently with the Austin Apartment Association as Director of Meetings and Events, JR brings to CjR Personnel, Inc., a vast network of contacts both inside and on the fringes of our industry. JR's vision for CjR is to concentrate solely on our Austin-area market, yet expand our scope of services to include administrative, sales, and network opportunities for existing and new clients. She and her husband spend time raising their four children, shuttling to and from various after-school extra-curricular and sporting events, and spoiling their Chihuahua, "Moose".

Jacqueline Mains, RE
Much of CjR Personnel, Inc.'s success and reputation rests solely on the fact that almost everyone in the Multi-Family industry in Austin knows Jacky. Most either got their start with, or have utilized Jacky's excellent customer-service and people matching skills to find the right employee to fit their property needs. Jacky enjoyed a successful career in Real Estate and commercial banking in Dallas prior to relocating to Austin. She divides her time between CjR business, and being Granny to ten "active, brilliant, and beautiful" grandchildren. She and her dog, "Rascal" enjoy early morning walks and watching the deer and wildlife from their back patio.
