Temporary Staffing
CJR Personnel, Inc. provides the highest quality staff to fill your open position for as long as you need. Minimum four hours up to 35 weeks per employee.

Temp-to-Hire Placement
Take advantage of working with an applicant before making the commitment to hire the individual by utilizing a temp-to-hire arrangement. Instead of paying a fee for hiring, you agree to work the applicant for a pre-determined amount of hours.

Working Interviews
Used in conjunction with temp-to-hire; try out several applicants by using them as temporaries until you find the right match. All hours worked are combined to fulfill the temp-to-hire hourly requirement.

Job Fairs
ULooking for candidates for multiple positions and/or properties? We can host a Job Fair for you! CjR Personnel, Inc. will post ads, accept applications/resumes, do initial screenings, then forward the most qualified candidates for you to interview.

Professional Placement
Use our placement service to locate qualified staff for your immediate opening. We will schedule interviews for you with the top candidates we are able to identify for your open position. Completely confidential.

Payrolling Services
When you have applicants that you have identified through your own search and you want to try them out temporarily before hiring or until their hiring is approved by corporate. We pay them for you and cover all the payroll expenses.


Training and Offsite Meeting Space
CjR Personnel, Inc. offers clients use of our training space for their corporate needs as an alternate locale for confidential interviews - or larger meeting space for Team Meetings or Trainings. Call for rates and availability.
